Job Description
As a Cost Control Supervisor working within our Food Division you will maintain internal systems to meet both internal and external service level agreements. You will also compile and analyse research to enable the Division to develop opportunities that have an impact on the business as a whole.
Key performance areas include:
- Procuring and enhancing systems to incorporate internal needs
- Developing and implementing systems and procedures to enhance department contribution to business and overall security of assets and information in compliance with company policy and local law
- Supervising a team within the department
- Developing relationships both internal and external to achieve objectives within timescales.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar role
- Strong Excel skills
- Analytical, organizational, time and task management skills
- A financial/statistical/business qualification is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of inventory systems (FMC or GOLD)
- Food industry background
