Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven strategic thinker, who has strong business and technical skills. You should have demonstrated expertise in Product Management including project planning, early-market product launch, market research, competitive analysis, evangelism and software implementation.
Main Roles and Responsibilities:
- Help in designing product features, benefits, and overall product solutions and partner with Product management team to articulate client needs and use cases
- Coordinate with business units to support new product developments and existing product enhancements.
- Work closely with Technical Project Managers, Product Management, Development and Engineering teams to identify, report, and resolve product issues and requests
- Contribute to and maintain processes and/or methods to ensure customer success
Job Requirements
Who are you?
- You have Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business or equivalent field/work experience
- Have 1-3 years as business analyst, software product specialist or any relevant experience
- You are resourceful, open-minded, analytical and enjoy solving complicated problems
- Focused on execution, organized and detail-oriented
- Think abstractly and be tactical when needed
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, are diligent and self-motivated
- You have an eagerness to learn and excel in a high-paced environment
