Job Description
- Assists all customers or potential customers in a professional, courteous, reliable, attentive, honest and responsive manner.
- Identities customer needs and provides knowledgeable assistance to help customers select the correct product(s) to serve their needs.
- Selling HVAC systems
- Targeting new customers and opportunities to increase database of the company.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through continuous follow up.
- Conduct calls and face to face meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with new and repeated customers.
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years’ sales experience.
- Good English knowledge
- Preferably to have experience in HVAC systems.
- Presentable.
- Strong communication, negotiation skills.
- Hard worker and multitasking.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft package.
