Job Description
- Updates the candidate's database systems as required.
- Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes.
- Filtering & screening CVs, prepare shortlist to managers, preparing Job analysis, dealing with recruitment agencies and conducting interviews.
- Handling Recruitment issues (Screening, Interviewing, Assessing and selecting).
- Make announcements for new hires on internal mail & Recruitment sites as a blue collars.
- Develops recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels and builds recruitment materials for presentations, job fairs and open days blue collars.
Job Requirements
- FMCG experience is Must.
- University degree in any field.
- 2- 4 years' experience in HR field.
- HR Diploma or its equivalent is more preferable.
- Very good user of MS office.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding recruitment process
- Good Problem solving and very good communication skills & Ability to work under pressure.
- Have good experience in blue collars ( sales & drivers ).
