Job Description
- Sustain an OEE score of 85%
- Reduce Scrap.
- Assisting the management team and provide support as necessary.
- Manage and leads his subordinates to achieve targets and objectives set by the company.
- Set targets and objectives to subordinates and monitor the respective levels of performance.
- Handle and delegate administrative tasks required by this post.
- Work within environmental health and safety requirements procedures.
- Work within the quality management system requirements and procedures including certification and customer requirements .
Job Requirements
- Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years’ experience.
- Ability to priorities duties and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Capable of using improvement tools and techniques.
- A strong relationship builder who can operate at all levels within the organization.
- Personal qualities of drive, energy and enthusiasm.
- Initiative to propose and implement new ideas.
- Good knowledge of quality tools and methods ( DoE, FMEA, PPA, SPC, SWOT, 8D method)
- Using Problem solving tools like ishikaua diagram 5w
- Excellent communication and English language skills.
- Good decision making is essential.
- Oral and written skills, strong interpersonal skills and superior organizational abilities.
- Ability to take initiative, to maintain confidentiality, to meet deadlines, and to work in a team environment is essential.
