Job Description

  • Organizing and implementing all administrative duties and the daily routine in the area of responsibility.
  • Prepares reports.
  • Maintains comprehensive filing systems.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Review company documents to ensure that documents are valid; follow up with concerned parties to update these documents.
  • Responsible for the stationery store and prepare the purchasing order.
  • Follow-up cleaning works in the building
  • Follow-up maintenance work for the administrative building
  • Follow-up security work
  • Follow-up purchase of tools and accessories for the all departments.
  • Assist in other administrative responsibilities as required.

Job Requirements

  • +3 years of experience as admin assistant.
  • Excellent knowledge of Office.
  • Excellent search skills.
  • Excellent organization and document management skills.
  • Excellent English and Arabic reading / writing / speaking skills.
  • Presentable.
  • Preferred Female candidates.
  • Preferred who lives in nearby area.
