Job Description
- Organizing and implementing all administrative duties and the daily routine in the area of responsibility.
- Prepares reports.
- Maintains comprehensive filing systems.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Review company documents to ensure that documents are valid; follow up with concerned parties to update these documents.
- Responsible for the stationery store and prepare the purchasing order.
- Follow-up cleaning works in the building
- Follow-up maintenance work for the administrative building
- Follow-up security work
- Follow-up purchase of tools and accessories for the all departments.
- Assist in other administrative responsibilities as required.
Job Requirements
- +3 years of experience as admin assistant.
- Excellent knowledge of Office.
- Excellent search skills.
- Excellent organization and document management skills.
- Excellent English and Arabic reading / writing / speaking skills.
- Presentable.
- Preferred Female candidates.
- Preferred who lives in nearby area.
