Job Description
- Responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to temporary or permanent positions that matches Company’s Strategy and objectives. The jobholder has to hire qualified candidates that meet project’s and clients requirements and needs (Recruiting new Real Estate Consultants)
- Suggest proper media for approaching the right calibers and posting new vacancies over different types of channels to create a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Conduct Phone interviews (Screening).
- Respond to all hiring requests accurately and on time.
- Communicate with the accepted candidates to inform them of the 2nd interview and/or the training time.
- Accurately inform the candidates with the job offer, and confirm their acknowledgment.
- Document interviews results (accepted/rejected/waiting, etc...) for future analysis, as well as all no show reasons.
- Developing and preparing rejected candidates for another interview round and/ or another vacancy.
- Attending Job Fairs.
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job
Job Requirements
- Well organized.
- Good command of English
- Bachelor Degree
- Previous Experience in Real Estate
- Excellent communication skills and networking ability
- Adaptability
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Sheikh Zayed / October Resident is Preferable
