Job Description

  • We are looking for an SEO/SEM expert to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities.
  • You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.
  • This SEO Marketing Specialist will be part of the SEO experts’ team and support our SEO efforts to drive high-volume organic search growth and traffic. You will join a dynamic marketing team that manages the digital and demand generation programs across the company to drive leads and increase marketing ROI for our clients.

Job duties:

  • Plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy in collaboration with the SEO team.
  • Identify key SEO KPIs, Prepare and present reports regularly.
  • Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences.
  • Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner.
  • Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization.
  • Collaborate with web developers and marketing team Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices.
  • A functional understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Proven success in link building and viral strategies
  • The ability to deploy an effective local and long-tail search strategy
  • A background in creating reports showing web analytics data and site evaluations

Google ADS

  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Manage presence on social networking sites, including but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram and seeding content into social applications as needed.
  • Manage paid search, display and retargeting campaigns.
  • Conducted searches such as evaluating competitor websites to incorporate best practice and create marketing strategy to ensure optimal results.

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • Experience with Google including Analytics and Webmaster Tools
  • Experience with Google’s Keyword Tool
  • The ability to deploy an effective local and long-tail search strategy
  • In-depth keyword research
  • Split-testing similar pages
  • Building natural backlinks
  • Analyzing the client’s competitors
  • Maximizing local search exposure
  • Developing strong calls to action
  • Working with writers and designers
  • Creating effective ranking strategies

  • Identifying powerful keywords to drive the most valuable traffic
  • Running PPC campaigns
  • Writing powerful calls-to-action to convert visitors
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
