- To prepare financial and performance reports
- To assist department with annual budget and review

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accountant, business, economic and finance
- Experience in Real Estate or Construction is a MUST
- a master's degree in accountant is preferred
- Experience needed 8-10 years of accountant with managerial experience at the constructions or real state field
- Must be able to meet the demand of an ever - changing business environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills leadership and administrative skills
