Job Description
- Set, Develop, manage, and execute supply chain techniques and strategies.
- Setting annual targets and objectives for the sector and meet these targets with the team.
- Appraise the main vendors manufacturing abilities through onsite visits and supplier evaluation procedures.
- Monitoring the suppliers’ performance to ensure they are meeting the required quality and delivery.
- Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking for imported goods.
- Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms.
- Ensure to deliver the customers on time.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
- Analyze inventories reports to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce wastes, and decrease inventories' volumes.
- Improve the lead time of the strategic materials.
- Approve yearly supply agreements for main materials with suppliers.
- Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms.

- Handle vehicle capacity planning, raising requests for ad-hoc capacity when needed across first mile, last mile and line haul.
- Work with on-boarded vendors to resolve all driver related issues faced on the ground
- Overview timely reporting and SLA adherence by all vehicles.
- Ensure complete reconciliation of logistics MIS.
- Publish daily report on vehicle reporting time, vehicle capacity and time utilization
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of Experience in the field of Supply Chain Management.
- Experience in Food industries in a must.
- Fully proficient in the English language written and spoken.
