Job Description
- Communicate with all departments and departments of the company and coordinate with them to determine their needs of human resources and skills and abilities required.
- Receive employment requests from departments and departments and sort and categorize them in accordance with the terms of employment according to the job descriptions and presentation to the HR Manager.
- Implementing recruitment programs according to the plans and their implementation dates to meet the needs of human resources according to the plan of the institution
- To advertise the jobs to be filled and receive applications and sorting to make sure that they meet the requirements for filling the job.
- Recruitment procedures are completed after the required information has been completed.
- Participates in the committees preparing the manpower plans and interview committees.
- Prepare periodic and non-periodic reports on the progress of work and submit them to the HR Manager.
Job Requirements
- Males only
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any relevant.
- Minimum 7 years’ Experience in recruitment.
- English proficiency is (from very good to excellent)
- Menoufya or October resident (Transportation provided) is a Must
- HR certificate is preferred.
