Job Description
- Handing office tasks, such as filling, generating reports, setting up for meetings.
- Using computers to generate reports.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail and mail.
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments.
- Order office supplies.
- Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries.
