Main Job Duties:
- Draws the plans in which the Hotel & Resort is established and such workers and those who are exposed to it from the risks that may be exposed to it.
- Selection of suitable staff to serve under his administration.
- Technical and administrative supervision of the employees under his administration and working on developing them and raising their competence and training.
- Supervising the raising of security awareness among employees of other departments.
- Review the periodic reports received from the supervisors, supervise their analysis, study the problems that arise, and prepare the final report to be submitted to the senior management.
- Ensure that the legal obligations that have legal impact have been duly observed and monitored.
- Give a complete and continuous picture of the security situation of the establishment of the upper management.
- Be sure to implement the principals and other departments of the items of the plan.
- Speed to act in emergency situations.
- The application of the established instructions for safety and occupational health.
- Direct his staff with general guidance
- Prepare a security plan to ensure the security and safety of the building of the establishment
- Be sure to implement various security instructions
- Arrange the entry and exit of employees and visitors

Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ of experience in civil work & supervision role in security
- Experience in Hospitality (Hotels- Resorts) is preferable
- Military background is a must (Police-Army)
- Preferable training in (Risk Management, firefighting, First Aid)
- Experience in civil protection area or area management
- Knowledge of alarm systems
- Leadership skills
- Attention to detail and initiative
- Problem-solving skills
- Tolerance for pressure
