Job Description
- Scheduling and implementing preventative maintenance procedures and plans.
- Help and recommend solutions and analysis for senior management team to define the scope and budget of work.
- Estimate the required resources, costs and schedule for the different maintenance activities.
- Implement and develop the corrective maintenance procedures and activities efficiently in accordance with estimated budget and schedule.
- Apply cost and schedule variance and trend analyses.
- Negotiate with the selected bidders to get the most effective procurement for the outsourcing services.
- Lead the team of maintenance and other soft services in accordance with company's regulations.
- Apply HSE codes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent.
- 7-12 years of experience with minimum of 3 years of experience in the same position.
- Facilities management experience not less than 5 years in large facilities.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a reputable company in the same field.
- CMMS professional.
- Fluency in English.
- PMP or equivalent is a must.
- Master's degree in engineering or MBA is preferred.
- Proven experience in hard facilities maintenance.
