Job Description
- Oversee operations of the company and the work of executives and managers
- Assess and evaluate operational performance of the operations BU, with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts.
- Provide insight and recommendations to both short-term and long-term growth plan of Operations BU.
- Create and implement yearly operational objectives that align with the group’s plan for growth and expansion.
- Identify, evaluate and recommend the required operations capabilities for achieving the short and long terms organizational objectives.
- Evaluate the operations BU way of working and provide suggestions for automating processes and increasing working efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor of civil engineering.
- Certificates: PMP is a Must - MBA is a plus.
- Language: Fluent in English
- At least 10 years Proven experience as a project manager.
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- A team player with leadership abilities.
- Have an analytical mind and great organizational skills.
- Willing to to travel to the KSA On Frequent bases.
