Job Description
You will be working in a well known Eye Center in Mohandeseen, Giza. Job summary involves the following:
- Handling issues with the staff/ receptionists regarding scheduling and job duties
- Making sure receptionists are on time, taking appropriate vacation, and filling in paperwork accordingly
- Supervising the staff and doctor's clinics making sure his appointments are scheduled correctly, and the clinics are running smoothly.
- Follow up of day to day activities and appointments
- Helping the doctors with his appointments, emails, and meetings.
- Gathering feedback from patients to see what can be improved
- Translate medical reports to English/Arabic
- Responsible for internal communication between managers and employees.
- Supervising surgery schedule to make sure it runs smoothly
Job Requirements
Technical Skills:
- Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills.
Admin Skills:
- Administrative Support.
- Appointments & Calendar Management.
- Meetings and events planning and organization.
Other Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build good relationships with staff
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to details.
- Ability to work independently, as a team member, and under professional supervision.
- Minimum 1-2 years previous experience
- Fluent in Arabic and English Languages (writing and speaking)
- Effective Time Management & Communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word /Google Docs
