Job Description
- Analyzing more complex financial reports and consolidating corporate financial reports to ensure that internal and external stakeholders have the relevant information needed to make decisions.
- Contact external and internal customers for handling more complex issues to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reports.
- Analyzing current and past financial data
- Looking at current financial performance and identifying trends
- Preparing reports on the above information and communicating the insights of these reports to the wider business
- Exploring different investment opportunities
- Developing financial models and providing financial forecasts
Job Requirements
- A degree in one of the following subjects should be included in a Financial Analyst job description: Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, economics.
- Experience with statistical analysis and financial forecasting
- Experience with capital budgeting and investments models and valuation concepts
- Attention to detail and the ability to identify data patterns
- Good verbal and written communication skills
