Job Description
- Coordinate all maintenance tickets for all our business locations
- Respond very fast on all tickets and technical requests
- Monitoring all other operations tickets
- Update the system on regular basis
- Check and respond to emails regularly
- Create policies on the system and follow up on them
Job Requirements
- No specific educational degree is required
- Good English level is a must
- Males only
- Previous experience in handling customer support tickets is highly recommended
- Flexible to work in all work circumstances
