Job Description
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Generate new leads with the aim of creating more sales by networking, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
- Prepare outdoor action plans, and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
- Manage, track and follow up with the clients.
- Conduct sales presentations with client.
- Identify and resolve client concerns
- Follow up with internal team the project Implementation phases and delivery.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in selling HR solutions, Recruitment, Outsourcing, HR systems is preferred.
- Fluency in English (Written & Spoken).
- Superior Interpersonal and Communication skills.
