Job Description
- Participates in and conduct applications and systems testing to ensure compliance with business requirements and the established standards and policy and procedure for software quality assurance.
- Provides project life-cycle testing support including a review of test cases, suggesting new test cases as per the test scope and plan to ensure that the software or applications developed are tested to perform in various scenarios.
- Articulates and explain the Business Defects to development teams to ensure that they are addressed immediately for improvements.
- Validates test summary and test matrices to ensure incorporation of all relevant parts for the tests results providing details of the test conducted so as to facilitate the implementation of corrective actions to the systems or applications.
- Validates the complicated systems and applications against the explicit entry/exit criteria defined for each of the test phases to ensure that the Test Baselines are met.
- Creates test cases and test data to execute test cases, log incidents and results and create test summary reports to communicate progress.
- Documents software defects, using bug tracking, and report and explain defects to software developers to ensure that the issues are resolved in the application being developed.
- Maintains and updates test databases to record test defects, scenarios, scripts and procedures to serve as precedence when required in the future.
- Coordinates with business analysts to understand change requests and use cases provided by the business operations and test the applications developed so as to evaluate the compliance of the applications with the requests.
- Provides project reporting support through the practice management tool in order to track the progress of testing and overall project phase and also ensure technical accuracy, compliance to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with the business analysts to identify a mismatch between requirements and actual execution and highlight the same in the various test reports for immediate action of the development team

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any related discipline
- 4+ years of relevant work experience.
- ISTQB Certification (foundation level) is a must
- ISTQB Agile Certification is plus
- Good understanding of the Agile development process
- Solid knowledge of different SDLCs
- Experience in functional and non-functional testing ( regression, integration, security, performance)
- Knowledge in Usability and User Interface testing.
- Ability to produce key test assets (requirements gathering, test plans, reports)
- Good experience in working with REST APIs (JSON, XML ) using Postman
- Automation testing is a plus
- Experience in Appium Is Big plus
- Knowledge of Jira (Zephyr)
- Mobile Testing experience is a must
- Experience in the following areas of testing: performance, security is preferable.
- Works under minimal supervision on enterprise-wide projects.
- Proactive and have effective participation in Design meetings.
- Strong in preparing Testing reports.
- Strong invalidating/analyzing requirements, impact analysis and prioritization activities.
- Good knowledge of CRM in a plus
