Job Description

  • Helping to develop and implement a customer service policy for an entire organization.
  • Finding ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services.
  • Managing a team of customer services staff.
  • Handling face-to-face inquiries from customers.
  • To build a strong relation with customers

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, business, economics, and a master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience needed 10-15 years of Customer Services with managerial experience at least 3 years at the constructions or real estate field.
  • Must be able to meet the demands of an ever-changing business environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, Customer Focus, leadership and administrative skills.
