Job Description
- Helping to develop and implement a customer service policy for an entire organization.
- Finding ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services.
- Managing a team of customer services staff.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, business, economics, and a master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience needed 10-15 years of Customer Services with managerial experience at least 3 years at the constructions or real estate field.
- Must be able to meet the demands of an ever-changing business environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, Customer Focus, leadership and administrative skills.
