Warehouse Supervisor

Main Job Duties:

• Supervise Civil and MEP storekeepers to ensure the implementation of controlling in and out material process in the site warehouse.
• Receive material daily reports from Senior storekeepers to prepare merged material daily report for Civil and MEP stores to send it to warehouse manager, construction managers and QA-QC.
• Receive MIR (material to send it QA-AC for approval or rejection.
• Receive store receiving vouchers and store issuing vouchers and send it to Construction manager, project manager and warehouse manager.
• Receive site requisition sheet to send it to Construction for approval.
• Receive internal memo sheet and send it to Project manager for approval in order to send it to procurement.
• Contact suppliers upon receiving local purchasing order form procurement.
• Receive the receiving requests from site engineers to release the required material.
• Follow up the filing system regard warehouse documents.
• Follow up the cleanliness of the warehouse facility and the tidiness of Martial.
• Follow up the security of the stores whether health and safety and the security precautions
