Job Description
- Manage daily operations of the IT department
- Coordinate the needs of in-house staff and remote employees, vendors and contractors
- Maintain network and data security by applying all the necessary policies and tools
- Assist with the installation of new hardware and software and help train employees on its use
- Troubleshoot all IT problems and maintain the hardware regular conditions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer science is preferred.
- 3 - 5 years of experience.
- Preferably Heliopolis or Nasr city or Sheraton residents.
- MCSA /MCSE and CCNA/CCNP certification are assets.
