Job Description

  • Planning, organizing and directing the manufacturing and maintenance process that ensures the most effective return on the assets.
  • Preparation of plans and initiatives that reduce manufacturing costs and contribute to the interests of the company.
  • Effective use of manpower, equipment, facilities and materials to achieve the planned return.
  • Achieve production targets and schedules while ensuring product standards that exceed customer expectations.
  • Working on the use of advanced technologies to serve the work and product.
  • Work to improve the use of labor within the factory, and work to keep it stable to achieve the return required to achieve the interests of the company.
  • Work on the establishment of management practices in all corners of the plant.
  • Work to give confidence to employees and their participation in the construction, work and production.
  • Maintain and encourage individual skills and work to develop and develop.
  • Full knowledge of the requirements of customers and customers through the Marketing Directorate of the group.
  • Oversee the equipment and devices continuously to work to raise the productive capacity of the plant, and develop advanced plans to increase production according to quality standards.
  • Approve the purchase orders before submitting them to the Director General.
  • Reporting and drawing up plans in cooperation with the factory team.
  • Technical and administrative supervision of subordinates, and follow-up evaluation of their performance and achievements, and to see the proposals of training programs to raise the level of knowledge and development of their capabilities.
  • Emphasize the application and development of occupational safety and health procedures and ensure the requirements and the adoption of rescue plans and evacuation and first aid in collaboration with the Department of Quality, Safety and Occupational Health.
  • Determine the volume of work and employment, identify equipment requirements and the necessary human resources, and forecast future needs.
  • Adoption of production plans and programs, and ensure that the product conforms to international standards.
  • Coordinate with the concerned departments to secure raw materials.
  • Adopting training requirements for factory workers
  • Supervising the rehabilitation of the production line, and ensure the stability of the specification of the finished product.
  • Adopting the periodic work plan of the warehouses to determine the required quantities of raw materials.
  • To confirm the examination of the raw materials received and to ensure that they conform to the specifications.
  • Prepare reports and submit them to senior management.
  • Receive weekly reports from all departments and sections of the factory, and discuss with them, and to give instructions and orders and guidance appropriate to ensure the proper functioning of the plant.
