Job Description

  • Liaison between Company and client.
  • Manage worker’s issues on lower basis and escalate issue immediately to Company on severity basis.
  • Collecting data of all workers with client and provide to Company (when needed).
  • Brain storming to workers about their roles responsibilities and duties.
  • Implementing Company policies on workers.
  • Informs Company on any issue regarding worker’s work and problems with client.
  • Induction to workers about policies and guidelines of work in Saudi-Arabia.
  • Collect data of workers.
  • Taking and record phone calls of workers for their issues.
  • Visiting client’s site to investigate the issues related to strikes.
  • Sending workers to hospital and arranging facility to them.
  • Training to workers who refused to work because of issues, visiting workers at client’s site to clarify and investigate issue.
  • Resolving accident cases received by client or directly by workers.
  • Investigating run away workers by cross contacting them and confirms to other depts.
  • Informing concerned departments in case of issue caught by police.
  • Overtime issue resolution by contacting payroll and client, resolving the problems of worker’s salary due to deduction.
  • Informing GR team about loss of Iqamas and Medical cards and provide replacement.
  • Gathering data for collection of important documents (passports, ATM, Iqamas).
  • Collecting of mobile number of the workers for the data base of workers to resolve issues.

Job Requirements

  • Holder of bachelor degree are welcome to apply.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws
  • Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise important projects
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
