Overview:
This role provides administrative support as needed including record keeping, file maintenance and Applicant Tracking System updates. Works under the supervision of a senior team member. Delivers in own area and contributes to overall departmental goals
Responsibilities:
- Provides general support to the Recruitment department and delivers in assigned work, contributing to overall departmental goals, policies and procedures.
- Completion of new starter and leaver administration, including paperwork and system changes.
- Managing Administration team tasks including the following:
- Flights & hotels booking
- Per Diem planning
- Invoices tracking
- Planning company’s events
- Responsible for marketing materials
- Responsible for guest visit’s organisation including catering, flight/hotel booking, evening outings
- Controlling office supplies
- Managing office boys including their schedules, evaluations, salary proposals
- Plans and manages own time and work, contributing to overall on-time goals.
Job Requirements
- Fluency in German & English is a MUST
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Problem Solving Skills
- Time Management Skills
- SAP Skills (preferred)
