Job Description

  • Oversee all daily office functions ensuring the organization and staff have a satisfying work environment.
  • Maintain ACT Office files and records
  • Working with the management and coordinate all staff activities.
  • Manage and maintain management calendar including scheduling appointments, internal/external meetings.
  • Attending meetings, preparing minutes of meetings and following up the recommendations of meetings with concerned departments.
  • check company emails on a daily basis.
  • Serve as the first point of contact to answer, screen and transfer incoming calls as well as office visitors.
  • Support manager calendar and control petty cash.

Job Requirements

  • Must be graduated from Business Administration
  • Males ONLY are welcome to apply
  • Able to travel inside Egypt
  • Very good English language
