Job Description
- Hold meetings with clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking for.
- Check clients' financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Promote sales of properties through advertisements and open houses.
- Participate in real estate fairs.
- Negotiate processes and consult clients on market conditions, and prices.
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Handling & answering all customers inquires & comments in a professional way and exceed sales calls.
- Follow up the payment collection to the customers.
- Maintain customer records using an automated system.
- Submit all required reports.
