Job Description
This role is all about maintaining relationships for the company - so if you are friendly, polite, understand how people work and a good listener, this role could be for you.
The typical tasks we would need looked after
- Recruit for clients based on their role requirements
- Screen candidates by phone and face-to-face interviews
- On board new employees, negotiating salary, bonuses, KPIs & contract work between client, employee & sequel solutions.
- Be responsible for existing staff well-being, happiness and motivation in the company. Including attendance, leave requests & general personnel work.
- Create an employee handbook & company policies
- General HR, Personnel work, with Payroll supported by in-house, full-time accountant
Job Requirements
- Fluent spoken English is a must. All clients are international, based in the EU or USA.
- Experience with recruiting in tech, for ex: senior developers, customer service agents & marketing industry.
- This role requires constant communication between people, over the phone, email, face-to-face and being able to have clear communication is key to being able to understand a client's or staff's needs.
- So your ability to do so clearly, and in a likeable, enthusiastic & polite manner, will allow you to thrive in this role.
- Our bonus scheme is based in USD and is dependant on attendance of the office and your ability to motivate staff on tardiness, and a bonus based on the number of recruits the client successfully hires and onboards.
