Job Description
- Act as a SPOC between the client and Xceed
- Development of short term strategy to ensure that Xceed is aligned with the customer requirements and is delivering customer focused solutions
- Develop plans to proactively manage tactical account issues, in order to exceed customer expectations
- Cooperate with operations department to ensure the optimum client needs.
- Contribute to account prioritization activities and participate in the creation of potential business opportunities
- Build intimate customer knowledge by understanding the vision, strategy, short and long term needs and financial model maintaining client satisfaction
- Create and adhere to a process to continuously understand and review client requirements and changes periodically and align operations to best suit client needs
- Implement agreed-upon aspects of the account strategy for all technical and non-technical solutions related to the Account
- Responsible for achieving annual revenue targets
- Ensure annual contracts are renewed and signed on time
- Follow up on invoicing and collection cycle on periodical basis
- Handle client feedback log and confirm related preventive and corrective actions implemented in place Generate additional revenue streams with existing clients.
Job Requirements
