Job Description
Looking for an airline ticketing officer
- Who can issue tickets on either Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport or Worldspan.
- Deal with schedule changes, re-issues, price checks, re-bookings.
- Communicate with London, UK team for issuing tickets.
- Use native GDS systems
- Use in house booking management software
- Clear workflows for bookings, manage queues and receipting of payments.
Job Requirements
- Must be familiar with 1 or more GDS systems. Travelport / Galileo is preferred, but Amadeus & Sabre is also favored.
- Must be fluent in English language and have experience with English voice accounts.
- Must know airport codes, ticketing commands & good at mental mathematics to respond to customer inquiries as quick as possible.
