Job Description
- Respond to the customers’ queries in a timely manner
- Communicate the customers’ requests to the responsible departments
- Contact the customers’ to notify them with any change in their orders
- Provide a high level of customer experience in order to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations
- Organized and a strong aptitude to follow tasks through to completion
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Operations and Marketing
- Assist in the processing of online purchases quickly and while providing superior service to customers.
Job Requirements
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
