Job Description
Social Media specialist
- Moderate communities located in social networking sites including Facebook, and Instagram.
- Produce reports on relevant moderation statistics, issues and outcomes.
- Regularly feedback insights gained from community moderation into the Social Media team.
Quality Control :
- Act as a front-line interface with customers of companies worldwide.
- Responding to customers over the phone and resolving their inquiries
