Job Description

  • Evaluate awarded tenders and create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
  • Coordinate communications between the company and the main contractor.
  • Manage document distribution between main office and site office.
  • Share in quantity surveying duties including quantities and invoices verification.
  • Daily coordination with finance, production, logistics and project site.
  • Liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
  • Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.
  • Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required.
  • Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems and claims.
  • Prepare status reports and regularly monitors budgets, contractors and schedules.
  • Keep an accurate record and electronic database of all elements of the projects, along with regular documentation of progress, incidents, site conditions, changes in scope, claims, etc.
  • Maintain stone samples and coordinates with Import and Production to make sure stone quality delivered matches the contracted stone.

Job Requirements

  • Architectural background.
  • Minimum two years of experience in well-known company.
  • Attention to detail and meticulous.
  • Strong administrative, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and coordinate.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Technical writing background is a plus.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) and AutoCad. Primavera and Adobe are a plus.
  • Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work well with a variety of people and personalities.
