Job Description
- Supporting Edupedia's team on the logistics and preparation part of the events, trainings, and meetings, mainly inside the office and outside the office if needed
- Arranging the meetings for the team, including meeting room reservations, catering, and capturing meeting minutes and actions
- Supporting in the sales processes of trainings and events- Dealing with the training/events attendees in the office and providing them with the needed information (Pre, during, and post the trainings/events)
- Answering calls and e-mails from customers and/or externals and supporting their inquiries
- Managing Edupedia's office in terms of supplies and logistics
- Providing general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, word typing, and documenting
- Creating and managing any needed databases
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree preferably in Business Administration, Commerce, or Public Relations
- 1 to 3 years of work experience in a related field
- Very good command of both written and spoken English language
- Good computer skills
- Good business writing skills
- Background in marketing and sales is a plus
- Previous volunteering experience is a plus
