Job Description
- Responsible for achieving pre-set sales targets and KPIs for his territory via product Demos & perfect serve modules.
- Manages & builds relationships with HoReCa customers in a way to become a trusted advisor by providing complete solutions based on a clear understanding of the customer’s business
- Helps HoReCa customers to increase revenue and/or efficiency in their operations and at the same time add new product listings and increase existing products consumption.
- Understands & executes UFS visibility tool plans with customers
- Takes calculated risks to win & grow a sustainable business with HoReCa customers
- Make financial customer profitability based decisions.
- Ensure perfect execution for Unilever market activation with HoReCa customers
- Ensure the use of Unilever digital tools to improve Customer performance ,engagement and efficiency, initiates corrective actions when needed
- Conduct kitchen demoistration for customers / chef on Unilever products a sper Unilever culinary guidelines.
- Coordinates with Unilever Trade team to ensure the delivery of customers` requirements in a timely maners
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree ( Business graduate is preffered)
- Very good English & Microsoft Office skills
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- FMCG previous experience is preferred
