Job Description
- Utilize market data and develop sales strategies to increase customer database
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers
- Develop a market strategy and innovations to increase the marketability and profitability of FISI services
- Prepare presentations demonstrating how FISI services can fulfill clients needs and requirements
- Develop sales plan and campaigns to take advantage of market opportunities
- Mentor subordinates to effectively sell FISI services through formal training and joint sales calls and meetings
- Provide marketing support and knowledge within the company for all provided services
- Develop a strong network of contacts within the clients and factories to keep informed of business trends and competitor activity
- Manage current and targeted key account relationships to strategically grow FISI revenue streams with assigned accounts
- Prepare annual budgets and monthly management reports
- Prioritize sales targets and propose winning partnerships with assigned targeted accounts
Job Requirements
- Min. 10 years of experience in freight forwarder or shipping line
- Bachelor degree (BA/BS), ideally with major/concentrations in business/marketing, logistics and/or supply chain management, or equivalent degree.
- A unique combination of good interpersonal and communications/presentation skills, both written and oral
- Leadership skills
- Able to travel
