Job Description
For a well-known Multinational company located in 5th settlement – Cairo , A “ Project Cost Controller” is required.
Job description
- Prepare the monthly invoice to the Employer
- Review and verify the Sub-contractor(s) invoices
- Resolves payment disputes and eliminating additional subcontractor cost that cannot be recovered from the Employer
- Assist in the preparation and submission of regular costing reports
- Assist in the collection of retention amounts and the collection of all Final Certificates
- Maintain Project cost control by accurate measurement of progress and required work via the application of expert knowledge of labor, materials and subcontracting cost
Job Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic & English (Read, Write, speak)
- Extensive experience in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management including at least 5 years
- Projects QS experience MEP contractor background preferred
