Job Description
- Participate with company leadership team to plan the company projects.
- Participate with sectors directors to set the design the departments objective and it’s review plan.
- Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
- Analyze trends and metrics with the HR Team
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Using experience, skills and knowledge of the HR industry to make an impact in key areas such as change management, organ Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders in the business
- Providing strategic and day-to-day leadership to drive the delivery of the business’ HR plans
- Assisting in building strong talent pipelines and managing recruitment up to business status
- Utilize strategic workforce planning to forecast and plan for talent mobility and create pipelines of talent.
- Providing ongoing support to ensure that performance management systems are being used to effectively manage operations work processes and individual performances and to identify and manage operational risks
- Monitor training programs to ensure that training objectives are met
Job Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience (Manufacturing Experience is a must- FMCG preferred)
Bachelor degree (HR Diploma or equivalent is a must ) - Proven experience in different hr functions
- Leadership skills
- Ms.Office proficiency
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
