Job Description

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices
  • Handle Candidates Applications
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, aramex etc.)
  • Schedule travel arrangements and hotel booking for managerial members of the company.
  • Handel Meeting rooms booking
  • Maintain safe and clean Office area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations and supervise cleaning staff.
  • Oversee and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology and so on
  • Ensure that basic facilities such as water, buffet needs and air conditioner, are well-maintained.
  • Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages.
  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.
  • Manage Purchasing furniture, deals, offers, outing etc.
  • Log Attendance file from attendance machine and report to HR department.
  • Handle Interview appointments
  • Handle Vodafone account

Job Requirements

  • MS office and English proficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Time management & problem solving skills
