Provide exceptional customer service and increasing in store sales, By performing up-selling, cross-selling, suggesting alternatives and following up on customers' requests.
Handle cash register and transactions with the customers.
Assign prices according to set price list (when applicable) and coordinate needed alterations.
Introduce promotions & Offers to customers & Answer customers questions.
Ensure smooth and efficient receiving process of items/shipments, as well as accurate stock keeping.
Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
Arrange the shop shelves and ensure that the shop floor and shelves are kept clean and tidy at all times in alignment with the brand's image and coordination standards on a continuous basis.

Candidates must have at least 1 years of experience in Fashion retail industry, in the same position.
Graduates only
Strong experience in retail industry is a must.
Military Status Completed or Exempted.
Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction.
Computer Literacy, Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
