Job Description
- Oversee the training sessions ensuring the event success with 100% accuracy.
- Takeover all responsibilities of online customer services of the website and social media.
- Follow the checklist before the session.
- Receive the training order from instructors
- Lead survey initiatives and analyze public opinion
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Handling the training schedule.
- Explain our training programs for the new customer.
- Follow the monthly renewal with the existing customer.
- Solving customer's complains and problems.
- Interact with potential customers either online or via traditional marketing plans.
Working Conditions :
- Night Shift 6 - 10 P.M
Job Requirements
requirements
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Fluent in English is a must
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
