Job Description
- Leads and directs HR functions including Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, HR Operations and Recruitment & Development.
- Reviews, develops, enhances and recommends to Executive Management improvements HR policies, procedures and processes.
- Plan, manage, and lead organizational change processes to improve organization’s effectiveness.
- Drive Performance Management System that is based on SMART Objectives with quantitative & qualitative measurements.
- Implement periodical performance management reviews for all department on a quarterly basis.
- Identify performance gaps to build required training plan, upon competency-based.
- Develops and coordinates among HR functions the annual HR budget and carry out quarter budget forecast and review vs. actual expenditures.
- Develops and maintains a culture based on high work ethic, fairness and integrity.
- Nurture a positive working environment and interactive communication through proper channels.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Provide coaching and counseling to managers on a broad range of HR-related topics.
- Advice and assist management on matters relating to HR best practices (procedures, policies, values, and business ethics).
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
