Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b (split) testing and reporting
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategy in order to improve website performance
- Work with developers to improve website speed
- Work with the marketing team members responsible for digital marketing to improve quality and traffic acquisition
- Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance
- Analyze various data to deliver data driven strategies
- Manage digital marketing channels across PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising, SEO (Search engine optimization), display, affiliates and email marketing and social media
- Develop content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing pages development
- Work on issues that impact design-selling success.
- Address future concepts, products or technologies.
- Create formal networks with key decision makers and serve as external spokesperson for the organization.
- Consistently achieve quota and manage to maintain appropriate mix of prospects at various stages of the sales cycle
- Coordinate with Sales and Presales to identify new clients’ targets to focus on them
- Find compatible approach for different target client segments
- Identify cost-saving and revenue-increasing opportunities.
- Deliver compelling Analysis Results presentations
- Attend tradeshows as required and pre-plan schedule to maximize selling time
- Sell as an individual contributor and be a team player, assisting peers in the sales process
- Continually refine and develop best-selling practices, including competitive positioning, pricing models, sales correspondence and presentation templates, and objection removal strategies
- Proactively contribute to sales team meetings with a positive can-do attitude
- Maintain up-to-date industry, competitor, and referral partner knowledge by reading trade publications, websites, and corporate memorandums
- Become a key member of groups, associations or committees that are crucial to relationship-building in our market
- Report website performance to Top Management
- Manage the cash flow (in and out) for the business line
- Manage the operations related to the business line (Goods receiving and delivering; Stocking; and Return)
Job Requirements
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar e-commerce role in the same industry
- Experience developing and overseeing digital marketing strategies for eCommerce platform/business
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent understanding of web design and web analysis
- Strong marketing and technological background
- Understanding and experience in, UX, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO, Social Media Display and affiliate marketing channels
- Knowledge of Attribution modelling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Creativity and innovation
- Commercial awareness
Education:
- Degree level in Digital Marketing or any related field is a plus
- BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline.
