Job Description

General

  • Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks, manuals and performance evaluation forms
  • Develop and implement yearly manning guide.
  • Develop and implement HR Plans & Budget.

Policies & Procedures

  • Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures
  • Administer HR policies and procedures
  • Review and update employee rules and regulations

Training

  • Identify and manage training and development needs for employees
  • Submit yearly training plan and related quarter reports

Recruitment & Orientation

  • Plan and manage recruitment and selection of staff
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation

Compensation & Benefits

  • Administer compensation and benefits
  • Ensure compensation and benefits are in line with company policies and legislation
  • Benchmark compensation and benefits
  • Support annual salary review
  • Coordinate employee safety, welfare and wellness

Personnel

  • Responsible for all Personnel tasks such as social insurance, contracts, and leaves and excuses …etc.
  • Handle employee complaints, grievances and disputes
  • Administer employee discipline processes
  • Maintain the human resource information system and employee database
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions.
  • Assist in pay roll preparation

Performance Management System

  • Implement, monitor & update performance management system.
  • Coordinate the process of quarter and yearly performance evaluation
  • Conduct exit interviews

Organizational Development

  • Maintain and update Company organizational chart
  • Maintain & update Job Description

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • HR Diploma is Must .
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the HR field.
  • V.Good command of English Language.
  • Excellent computer skills are a must.
  • Contractor / construction field is preferred.
