Job Description
- Register to the new patients
- Direct the patients to a suitable place to get his service
- Assist patients in reserving an appointment with doctors through the system.
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Receiving and sorting daily mail
- Welcome the visitors and guide them to inpatients rooms.
- Overhead for the doctors or employees in needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 0-3 years of experience
- Preferably experience in the same position
- Presentable
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
