Job Description
- Focus on establishing a strong presence of Orchidia.
- Interact with current and potential investors and financial institutions to ensure proper communication on and coordination of various tasks and projects.
- Support in the developing and implementation of the annual business plan.
- Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the shareholders database and all investor information.
- Developing and maintaining professional relationships with key shareholders and related companies.
- Manage and Follow up the current and future related companies to make sure that their business is running smoothly.
- Follow and manage project development from beginning to end.
- Ensure coordination with all departments with constantly monitor the progress of the project.
- Support and facilitate all assigned CEO office activities.
- Ensure that investors decisions, Plans and contract details are aligned with all related departments.
- Manage Due-diligence with all departments and create it as Virtual Data room.
- Attending meetings and takes meeting minutes and circulate to the concerning parties.
- Responsible for documentation process.
- Draft, prepare, distribute and follow up with varifus correspondence.
- Completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff; following up on results.
- Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
- Secures information by completing data base backups.
- Follow-up project development from beginning to end.
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with all sides involved in the project.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to senior management and all sides involved in the project in a timely and clear fashion.
- Identify and report issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in BA.
- PMP Certificate is preferable.
- MBA Certificate is preferable .
- Minimum 3+ year of professional experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Very good communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Academic background on project management.
