Job Description

  • Coordinate administrative communications between all departments.
  • Ensure office policies are in order.
  • Managing reports to senior management.
  • Supervising customers' relations.
  • Maintaining customers' database.
  • Maintaining properties' database.
  • Supervising social media platforms and paid ads.
  • Coordinating leads and potential clients between the marketing team and the sales team.
  • Farming for properties for sale through cold calls.
  • Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources.
  • Appraise property values.
  • Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.
  • Obtain property information.
  • Monitor the property market to watch out for new and old properties up for sale.
  • Conduct surveys to obtain data which provides information regarding profitable property investments.
  • Maintain a database of commercial, industrial, and residential properties available on the property market.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • Experience: +1 year in Real Estate
  • Very good command in English
  • Hard worker
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Presentable
  • Cairo residence, prefer nearby New Cairo
  • Attractive package (Salary + commission+ benefits)
