Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
Job Purpose :
Supply technical documents to production, generate shop orders for production, release batches for sales on BPCS and JDE system and create certificates of analysis for different batches for MOH and Export markets.
Monitor adherence to OQ system and GMP in production areas and check production process and IPC testing against relevant batch record requirements.
Revise overprinting on boxes of imported products for Modern Pharma using the good documentation practice as backup for LOC.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
- Supply Production with technical documents related to all the products’ batches to be prepared in due time.
- Release batches for sale on the computer system (BPCS) for products manufactured / packed at Cairo Site.
- Deal with issues in generating shop order for production, close the shop order and resolve issues on BPCS system.
- Generate the certificates of analysis for all the batches of the products that are ready for sale in the local and export markets according to pre-approved templates.
- Assign manufacturing and expiry dates for products as per registered data.
- Support GPS implementation for managing OQ different activities.
Job Requirements
Basic qualifications:
- University graduate
- 0 -2 years of experience in operational quality preferably.
- Excellent command of English language (spoken and written)
